Location: Castel Street 7 minutes walk from the main street or Area D Hostel in Ramallah. It’s a little tricky to find at night with dark streets but if you ask someone for directions or use a map, you’ll be fine!

What to Expect: The restaurant has a very western vibe and serves a great mix of international and middle eastern cuisine. It offers vegan and vegetarian options as well as gluten free. And they grow their food in a roof garden and serve it! So it’s as fresh as it gets.

The best part though was that after I gave one of my gluten free Arabic restaurant cards to the waiter, he brought it to the chef and the chef cleaned the entire kitchen before cooking my meal! They were very accommodating.

Expect to pay 28 – 70 shekels for a meal. 28 pays for a small meal like sandwich or Salas, 45 pays for a burger or chicken main course, and the higher priced items are big meals of fish, meat, etc.

Where to Sit: Inside! It’s the only place to sit. I recommend sitting far from the door if you don’t want to be cold every time it opens!
