Location: Central Taibe – Walk or take a cab to the very center (near the brewery) and you will see signs everywhere for this place. (Sorry for the lack of links in Palestine, Google hates being helpful in West Bank)

What to Expect: As we were walking around, we came across this restaurant. The man who owns it was very nice and when I explained to him I couldn’t have gluten and handed him the Arabic gluten card, he brought out shredded cabbage, olives, hummus, grilled chicken strips, and potato salad.

It was really good! Great for two people but a little pricey compared to other places in Palestine.

Expect to pay 65 shekels for the meal I just described! Plus we each got a water bottle 🙂

Where to Sit: The only place to sit is inside. It’s nice and clean and shiny!
